Foremed clinics will be based around a core of family practitioners and bundled in ways to meet the needs of the community and the patient.
The facility will be designed to manage a population’s clinical needs both on an episodic and continuous care basis. Minor surgery may be offered at the clinics.

It is valuable to advise and counsel people in the prevention of disease where disease is preventable. Examples include respiratory and cardiovascular issues.
