What do I give up to become part of this?
Physicians give up the tasks associated with the management of a business, administrative work and the extra hours required to deal with all these.

What about all the relationships with specialists and other providers?
You keep your relationships and we hope you will share their skill sets with the others in our group. You will have immediate access to other specialties and support services that enhance their patient experience and care.

How many other doctors are in the clinics?
Our design has shown that space for four full time physicians, space for the staff and technology as well as some for those paper files is the best fit for our management style. With that said we will operate facilities with fewer or more practices. The facilities are designed to support an optimal number of providers for the given population. The clinic being built in Surrey is about 2100 square feet and will be fully utilized with the four doctors or full time equivalent doctors we mentioned.

Can I set my holiday times?
With physicians working as a team holidays should not be the problem. The team approach provides the opportunity for lifestyle balance with professional demands. We make every effort to provide a locum for your patients when you are away and we co-ordinate holidays with the other doctors to take up the slack.

What happens to my support staff?
We are a growing company and offer opportunity where we can to those who want to participate. We do like to promote our staff, as opportunities come available. Trained experienced and professional MOA and support staff provided. Your staff will be offered an opportunity, where appropriate, to work with us and help grow the company.

How long will it take to learn the EMR system?
We will provide training and support for the learning. Our staff and technology partner will support the training. Different people learn at different rates. We ask for your commitment to the process and we will commit to the improvement you should expect from the introduction of electronic files.

What about my earnings?
With well-managed systems and professional management support, physicians work with optimum patient loads and effective scheduling, resulting in a steady and often increased financial income.
