Formed Clinic's goal is to bring efficiencies to the business operations and to provide one stop effective patient services and outcomes through its medical centre model. Working with partners, Formed Clinics has developed a standard model which may be used in new facilities or adapted to existing facilities and which is designed to maximize net profit while enhancing the quality and variety of service available to patients. The centres are organized to run as businesses within the current regulatory environment and will adapt to the many and perhaps significant changes anticipated in the medical services area. Formed Clinics has identified multiple locations where the real estate owners and providers of pharmaceutical and laboratory services, as well as medical practitioners, are willing to partner to build or re-develop such clinics.
